Renovation Villa Francesca
The first week here we are desperately renovating the buildings to get them ready for the first Permaculture Course starting in just over one week. Here Paul and myself are opening up a door way through to a room which was an animal enclosure. I have been working with the Builder Peppi and his son Nino digging out the floor of this old manger, removing large boulders and rubble that have been in the foundations for two hundred years or more. They don't have Scott as a name here so Nino has given me an Italian name, Bruno. The food is out of this world, you can't begin to believe how good the olive oil and local produce taste. It must be the volcanic soil and everything is organic. Cheers for now.
