So in the last 48 hours I've been on an airplane, a gondola, a water taxi, a tram, a bus, a train, in a car and ridden a push bike through the streets of Padova, so to say that I'm a little disorientated and still suffering a little dizziness isn't surprising.. Venice is shaped like a fish and Fabi guided me from the tail end to the head of this beautiful city in break neck speed and as a result i have a good understanding of its layout and how to get around. You will always get lost here no matter how well you know it, but it doesn't take long to get back on track. We then took the train to Padova where she lives and I spent the the weekend discovering another part of Italy.
Padova is a university city of great note in Italy and the place where Galileo Galilei the great Italian physicist, mathematician, astronomer, and philosopher who played a major role in the Scientific Revolution was once a teacher.

I met her close friends who were busking in the town square and are all heavily involved in social or community services and are very much apart of the environment and local organic movement.
